Delivery
Postal Delivery:
All postage is paid and all packages are securely wrapped and sent by first class post.

Upon authorisation of payment please allow between 2 weeks for delivery of all postal readings, forecasts when delivery is within Europe

When delivery is to the rest of the world please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Email Delivery:
Upon authorisation of payment please allow up to 1 week for delivery of all email readings and forecasts.

I will confirm by email, all bookings and due delivery time once your bookings are received processed and payment has been accepted.

Payment Methods
All prices listed on this website are in UK Pounds Sterling (GBP)

I am a registered business in the UK and have a valid internet merchant banking account. My preferred payment method is via automated transactions by credit/debit card. All transactions will be shown on your bank/ credit card statement as paid to Jane Burton or Burton DOM (DOM is short for Domain). I can accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch Maestro, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo and JCB.

I can also accept payment for all of my services (except telephone readings*) by PayPal, I have a verified PayPal account.

I do not accept cash or cheque payments, Please do not send cash or cheques through the post.

Automated Transactions:
Payments made by credit/debit card are available to order via my secure online order forms you may also order any of my readings by telephone.

*Telephone Readings: 
All bookings for telephone consultations must be placed and paid for by credit/debit card by calling me. The booking fee is processed before the consultation commences with all of your personal information collected from you at this time, this enables the reading to commence immediately and without delay at the specified time.

Personal Readings are pre booked for 15 minutes, the initial booking fee of £15.00 covers this time duration, I find this allocation sufficient for an in-depth 6 month reading. Extra minutes* are always available at the end of the initial fifteen minutes if you require them or would like to look at certain issue that may have arisen.

Relationship Analysis Forecasts & 12 Month Personal Readings are pre booked for 30 minutes, the initial booking fee of £35.00 covers this time duration, I find this allocation sufficient for an in-depth reading. Extra minutes* are always available at the end of the initial 30 minutes if you require them, just in case you would like to look at certain issue that may have arisen.

*Extra Minutes:
Extra minutes apply once the initial booking time has elapsed for your reading. 

Any extra minutes used are charged at £1.75 per minute and debited to your credit/debit card once the reading has finished and the extra minutes have been calculated.

I reserve the right, at my discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. If any future changes to these Terms are unacceptable to you, you may discontinue use of the Site.

Legal Note: If the laws of your country do not allow you to use this Site or to engage in transactions at it, or if those laws do not allow you to do so in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, do not use this Site.

1. ORDERING OBLIGATIONS
To enable me to keep providing the highest level of service some minor personal information is needed from you within my order forms. If use this Site to place an order using the secure server layer (SSL), you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information at all times. 

2. RECORDS
You may retain a copy of these Terms & Conditions provided by janeburton.com. For example, you may be able to make a paper copy by pressing the “print” button on your Internet browser program or you may be able to make a electronic copy by selecting “save file” option in your browser.

3. LICENSE TO USE
janeburton.com hereby grants you the right to view and use the Site for the purposes of placing product orders or for accessing information through the Site. janeburton.com reserves the right to suspend or deny, in its sole discretion, your access to all or any of the services offered through the Site if janeburton.com find you to be in breach of any part of this agreement.

4. OWNERSHIP
The Site, is the exclusive property of janeburton.com. All rights not granted herein are hereby reserved to janeburton.com.

5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the disclosures provided by me and the consents provided by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and me. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
